April Series: Dairy Markets and Risk Management
In 2012, Dairy PROS will continue to use the roundtable format to bring new ideas and shared insight to issues affecting the dairy farm and the dairy industry. In April, the focus will be on "Dairy Markets & Risk Management," with Katie Krupa from Rice Dairy LLC, and Tim Beck from Penn State Extension Dairy Team invited to lead the discussion. The Take It to the Farm section will include a look at Penn State's "Managing Milk Margins" spreadsheet. All meetings will be held from 7:30 - 9 a.m. as breakfast meetings.
