It would be the Center's plan to have large-scale participation in a statewide professional develoment symposium, with more than 125 people participating, and attract nationally-recognized trainers to provide coaching and instruction. We are interested in knowing if your organization would find this concept valuable and profitable for your leaders who interact with dairy producers; and to what extent this would enhance and compliment your internal development programs.
